Any service not clearly included in the approved scope may be considered additional work and may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.

7. Approvals and Project Communication

Clients may be asked to review and approve strategies, designs, content, campaign settings, reports, or other deliverables. Approval may be provided by email, message, form submission, payment, written confirmation, or other agreed communication method.

Once work is approved, later changes may be treated as additional revisions or a new scope of work.

8. Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates unless a fixed deadline is expressly agreed in writing. Timelines may change due to delayed feedback, missing materials, third-party platform issues, additional requests, technical issues, or changes in project scope.

Fidilttyvison will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the client, third-party platforms, hosting providers, advertising networks, search engines, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Work may require a deposit, milestone payment, monthly retainer, one-time fee, or another payment arrangement.

Independent bill guidance may involve a variable service fee. Any applicable Fidilttyvison service fee is separate from charges imposed by a utility, telecom, or other provider, and Fidilttyvison does not collect or process provider bill payments.

Fidilttyvison may pause work, delay delivery, suspend services, or withhold final files where payments are overdue, unless prohibited by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Costs

Some projects may require third-party tools, platforms, or paid services that are separate from Fidilttyvison service fees.

  • Advertising spend
  • Website hosting
  • Domain registration
  • Premium plugins or themes
  • Stock images, fonts, or licensed assets
  • Email marketing tools
  • Analytics or CRM subscriptions
  • Payment processor fees

11. Advertising Spend

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other ad networks is separate from Fidilttyvison management fees.

Ad performance depends on many factors, including budget, targeting, competition, landing page quality, market conditions, platform review processes, and user behavior. Fidilttyvison does not guarantee specific advertising results.

12. Search Engine Optimization Results

SEO is influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, website history, technical conditions, content quality, backlinks, user behavior, and other factors outside our full control.

Fidilttyvison may work to improve search visibility, technical SEO, content structure, and website relevance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

13. Website Design and Development

Website work may include design, layout, development support, landing pages, content placement, conversion improvements, or CMS setup depending on the agreed scope.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all website content before launch, including spelling, pricing, offers, claims, contact information, policies, and legal requirements.

14. Content and Copywriting

Fidilttyvison may create or assist with website copy, ad copy, landing page copy, SEO content, or marketing messaging. Client approval confirms that the content is accurate, lawful, and suitable for the client's business.

Clients are responsible for verifying regulated claims, professional claims, guarantees, testimonials, pricing, medical, financial, legal, or industry-specific language before publication.

15. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included where stated in the project scope. Revisions must relate to the approved scope and be requested within the agreed review period.

Major changes in direction, new page requests, new campaign concepts, additional design versions, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

16. Cancellations by Client

A client may request to cancel a service or project by contacting Fidilttyvison in writing. Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and final deliverables depend on the project scope, payment status, work completed, and any applicable written agreement.

Fees for completed work, time spent, strategy, consultation, setup, research, third-party costs, or non-refundable platform charges may not be refundable.

17. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the approved proposal, invoice, project stage, and nature of the service. Digital marketing work often involves strategy, labor, research, setup, and third-party coordination that may be non-refundable once work has begun.

Where a refund is approved, processing timelines may depend on the payment provider, bank, or method used for payment.

18. Ongoing Services and Retainers

Monthly or ongoing services may include campaign management, SEO support, reporting, optimization, or consulting. Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing services renew according to the payment schedule stated in the agreement.

Cancellation or pause requests for ongoing services should be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle. Work already completed or scheduled for the active billing period may remain payable.

19. Third-Party Platforms and Policies

Some services depend on third-party platforms or providers, including search engines, advertising networks, analytics tools, CMS platforms, hosting companies, social media platforms, email tools, CRM systems, utilities, telecom companies, and other household service providers.

These platforms may change policies, algorithms, pricing, access rules, review standards, features, or account status at any time. Fidilttyvison is not responsible for decisions, errors, outages, suspensions, rejections, or policy changes made by third-party platforms.

20. Account Access and Security

Where access is required, clients agree to provide appropriate account permissions and maintain secure credentials. We recommend granting role-based access where possible instead of sharing passwords.

Clients remain responsible for ownership and security of their accounts, domains, hosting, payment methods, and third-party tools.

21. Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Final approved deliverables created by Fidilttyvison may transfer to the client after full payment, unless a different arrangement is stated in writing.

Drafts, rejected concepts, internal processes, frameworks, templates, research methods, strategy documents not included as final deliverables, and unused creative concepts remain the property of Fidilttyvison unless otherwise agreed.

22. Portfolio Rights

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and Fidilttyvison agrees, we may reference completed work, general project type, non-confidential outcomes, screenshots, or client name in our portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, or internal examples.
