Fidilttyvison is an independent digital marketing, growth, and bill information guidance service provider. We are not a search engine, advertising network, social media platform, hosting company, payment processor, utility company, telecom provider, official bill-payment platform, or official support department for any third-party platform or provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the approved proposal, invoice, scope of work, service type, project stage, work already completed, third-party costs, and applicable law.

Each service or project may have its own cancellation terms based on the work being delivered.

Depending on the approved service, a project or subscription may be refundable before work begins, partially refundable, non-refundable after work begins, subject to cancellation fees, or subject to other written restrictions.

If you request cancellation before Fidilttyvison has started work, scheduled team time, performed research, prepared strategy, created project assets, purchased third-party items, or initiated setup, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Any payment processing fees, administrative charges, third-party costs, or other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

Once work has begun, fees may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed and resources allocated.

Digital marketing and bill guidance services often involve research, planning, review, consultation, strategy, account setup, content direction, design work, development work, campaign configuration, technical audits, and professional time that cannot be returned once performed.

If a cancellation is approved after work begins, Fidilttyvison may calculate any eligible refund after deducting completed work, scheduled work, third-party costs, transaction fees, and any other non-refundable amounts.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, certain services and costs may be non-refundable once provided, purchased, scheduled, or started.

Some projects may require a deposit, advance payment, or monthly retainer before work begins. Deposits and retainers reserve team time, planning capacity, and delivery resources.

Unless the applicable proposal or invoice states otherwise, deposits and retainers may be non-refundable once work has begun or team time has been reserved.

If a retainer is cancelled during an active billing period, fees for that active period may remain payable and may not be refundable.

One-time projects may include website builds, landing pages, audits, campaign setup, content packages, technical fixes, tracking setup, or strategy documents.

Refund eligibility for one-time projects depends on the stage of completion. Work already delivered, drafted, researched, configured, reviewed, or approved may not be refundable.

If a one-time project is cancelled before completion, Fidilttyvison may provide completed deliverables, drafts, or documentation at its discretion after any outstanding fees are paid.

Monthly or ongoing services may include SEO support, campaign management, reporting, website optimization, content direction, social media strategy, analytics review, or consulting.

Cancellation requests for ongoing services should be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle. Unless a different notice period is stated in your agreement, cancellation will apply to future billing periods after Fidilttyvison confirms the request.

Fees for the current billing period, completed work, scheduled work, and active management time may remain payable and may not be refundable.

Website design and development work involves planning, layout, content placement, technical implementation, testing, revisions, and launch preparation.

Refunds for website work are not guaranteed after designs, drafts, code, content placement, page builds, or development tasks have started.

If a website project is cancelled, ownership and access to any completed files, designs, or development work may depend on payment status and the applicable written agreement.

SEO work may include audits, keyword research, technical recommendations, on-page optimization, content planning, reporting, and ongoing improvement activities.

SEO results are influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, website history, market conditions, content quality, backlinks, and factors outside Fidilttyvison's full control.

Refunds are not provided solely because a specific ranking, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue outcome was not achieved.

Paid campaign services may include campaign strategy, account setup, audience planning, ad copy direction, conversion tracking, campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

Campaign performance depends on budget, offer strength, landing page quality, competition, audience behavior, platform review processes, account health, and other factors outside Fidilttyvison's full control.

Management fees are separate from advertising spend and may not be refundable once campaign work, setup, management, or optimization has begun.

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other ad networks is generally controlled by the applicable platform and is separate from Fidilttyvison service fees.

Third-party costs may include hosting, domains, plugins, themes, stock assets, software subscriptions, email tools, analytics tools, payment processor fees, utility charges, telecom charges, provider bill amounts, or other outside services required for the project or requested assistance.

Fidilttyvison cannot guarantee refunds for advertising spend, platform charges, tool subscriptions, or third-party costs once charged, used, reserved, or paid to the applicable provider.

Requests to modify a project are subject to availability, feasibility, timeline impact, and the approved scope of work.

Changes may include additional pages, revised designs, new campaign concepts, different offers, extra integrations, revised content, new tracking requirements, or expanded strategy work.

A modification may result in additional fees, revised timelines, or a new written scope. The original timeline, rate, or delivery plan is not guaranteed once major changes are requested.

Reasonable revisions may be included when stated in the approved scope. Revisions must relate to the original project direction and be requested within the agreed review period.

Major changes in direction, requests outside the approved scope, repeated revision cycles, or changes after approval may require additional fees and may not create a refund right for completed work.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, access, content, brand assets, account permissions, and accurate information needed to complete the work.

If a project is delayed because required materials, access, payments, or approvals are not provided, Fidilttyvison may pause work, adjust timelines, invoice for completed work, or close the project according to the applicable agreement.

Refunds may not be available for delays caused by missing client information, late approvals, missed meetings, or lack of response.

If a client stops responding, misses required approvals, or does not provide necessary materials for an extended period, the project may be treated as paused or abandoned.

Any fees already paid may be applied to work completed, resources reserved, administrative time, and project restart costs.

Restarting an abandoned project may require a new timeline, updated scope, or additional fees.

If your approved service permits cancellation with a refund and your cancellation request is accepted within the applicable period, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms of your proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

The refund amount may be reduced by completed work, non-refundable expenses, payment processing fees, third-party charges, setup work, administrative time, or other amounts permitted under the applicable terms and law.

Some services may qualify only for a partial refund. Fidilttyvison may calculate a partial refund based on project stage, hours or milestones completed, deliverables prepared, resources used, and costs already incurred.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card network, bank, financial institution, payment method, and any required transaction review.

After an approved refund has been submitted for processing, Fidilttyvison cannot guarantee the exact date on which funds will appear in your account.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern regarding a cancellation or refund, please contact Fidilttyvison promptly so we can review the project, invoice, and transaction.

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay review of your request. Fidilttyvison reserves the right to provide project records, approvals, communications, invoices, and delivery documentation to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a dispute.

Nothing in this policy limits any payment-dispute or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Some services depend on third-party platforms, advertising accounts, social media accounts, search engines, analytics systems, CMS platforms, hosting providers, domains, or software tools.

Fidilttyvison is not responsible for platform outages, review delays, account suspensions, policy changes, rejected ads, algorithm updates, access restrictions, billing issues, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms.

Such events may affect timelines or performance but do not automatically create refund eligibility for work already performed.

Fidilttyvison aims to provide thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and professional execution. However, marketing, SEO, paid advertising, conversion performance, and business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds are not provided solely because a client is dissatisfied with lead volume, conversion rate, ranking movement, traffic growth, campaign cost, platform response, sales volume, or other performance outcome beyond Fidilttyvison's full control.

Where practical, we may review concerns and recommend reasonable adjustments within the approved scope.

Fidilttyvison may cancel, pause, or refuse service where a client violates an agreement, fails to pay, provides unlawful or misleading information, requests unethical work, fails to provide required access, behaves abusively, or asks us to perform work that violates platform policies or applicable law.

If Fidilttyvison cancels a service, refund eligibility will depend on the reason for cancellation, the work completed, amounts paid, outstanding balances, and applicable law.

Cancellations, delays, or service interruptions resulting from events outside the reasonable control of Fidilttyvison remain subject to the applicable project terms and law.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the approved agreement, payment records, communication history, project status, service type, work completed, resources used, third-party charges, and applicable law.

Fidilttyvison may request additional information before making a decision. A refund request is not approved unless Fidilttyvison confirms approval in writing.
